| Shows one 5 person automatic hydraulic passenger lift, within a purpose built lift shaft structure, which was supplied and fitted by Elevation Lifts Ltd. This saved the client time and expenditure on costly building works, setting out of guide and entrance inserts and shaft scaffolding, the lift is load bearing on the pit base only. | This private residential property is located within London's Mayfair area, this is a mews re development, the properties are listed buildings and can not therefore be re built, due to this restriction we have supplied and fitted two hydraulic passenger lifts capable of carrying 2 persons, the lifts are fitted within there own purpose built lift structure allowing no load to be imposed on the building fabric, the only load is imposed on the lift pit base.
